Be a
Future Leader
The Rugby Centurions Foundation unifies the legacy of a handful of rugby players from around the world who have the honour or representing their country over 100 times, leaving an unmistakable mark on the sport or rugby.
96 Players - 2 Referees - 14 Nations
and counting...
A Centurion's Values
Talent Alone is not enough to achieve Centurion status. A rare level of courage, resilience, selfless-commitment and respect are required to reach 100 international caps. It takes over 10 years for most players to reach this milestone. During which they have to exhibit all the values the Club is built upon. As Centurions transition out of the sport, these values remain prominent, driving their ability to become a global force for good.
Respect
We respect the people we work with and compete against. We believe in equal treatment and opportunity for all.
Resilience
We use the strength of our character to overcome adversity and bounce back.
Courage
We have the physical and mental courage to possess confidence, bravery and resolution when faced with danger or fear.
Selfless Commitment
We put the needs of our team ahead of our own needs.
TRF has established a partnership with The Rugby Centurions to deliver their Future Leaders Programme Free of charge to young people involved in rugby for all corners of the planet.
This easy to engage on line programme provides young people between 16 and 24 with essential skills that will not only transform their leadership skills on the pitch but also prepare them for their adult life.
Get Involved
