Future Leaders
The future of rugby lies in the hands of young people whether they be players, coaches or referees; they are the next generation of leaders in our game.
Now there is a programme dedicated to that generation, the Future Leaders Programme from the Rugby Centurions. This on-line programme is available to ALL young people across the globe completely FREE of charge. Click HERE for details and to sign up.Match Offical Development
Wherever you are in the world, TRF is supporting the development of match officials at all levels of the game.
Partnering with Back 10 Pros in the Americas and 7s Referee in Europe and Africa, TRF takes up and coming referees and help to develop their skills with one on one reviews, video sessions and opportunities to travel to tournaments across the globe. Click HERE if you're interested in MO development
Scouts Programme
The Scouts of America is currently working with TRF in Florida and Nevada to bring new players into the game of rugby with the FLAG rugby as well as e-sports to drive participation.

TRF is committed to reducing the impact that rugby clubs and events have on our planet. Our newly created Rugby Recycles project will challenge the rugby world to do more with recognition and rewards for those involved.
We want to remove single use plastics from the game whether it be for players or fans, encouraging them to re-use bottles and cups. It all starts with #1BottleAtATime
